Workflow creation Hub

Overview:

As one of the lead designers on the Internal Tools team, I was responsible for overseeing the product design of an enhanced hub for all internal workflow creation.

I collaborated closely with PMs and engineers to deliver this improved application that reaches over 10,000K+ users with a multitude of user needs and OKRs.

The Challenge

Overall:

Redefine the workflow creation experience for more than 10,000K+ users that currently have limitations on their workflow backlog. Also, identify areas of opportunity to help facilitate the sales experience for both our hybrid and non-hybrid users.

Business Goals:

Produce a high-fidelity prototype within a 3-month time frame.

 
 

Brand Goals:

Adhere to brand guidelines when approaching new component creation.

Product Goals:

Elevate current experience while expanding on the flexibility of dynamic components.
