Marvel Entertainment, a brand of Supers

I had the privilege and honor to have worked for a company that I have looked up to for years since I was a child! Marvel Entertainment, owned by the Walt Disney Company, was founded in 1998 but established themselves way back in 1939. Since all that time they have branched out to reach their fans through video content, comics, merchandise, and major movie productions.

During my internship I was tasked to create style guides, promotional materials, creative service content. The following are digital assets like badges and creative resources that are later distributed to major merchandising clients such as Hot Topic and Hasbro.

01. Re-envisioning an Antihero

Grown from the combined hatred of Eddie Brock and Spider-Man’s old alien costume, the super-brute known as Venom possesses all of Spider-Man’s powers and even greater strength. Undetectable to the web-head’s “Spider-Sense,” Venom has proven to be Spider-Man’s fiercest opponent! The following are creative badges and merchandise designs to refresh the iconic Spider-Man villain named Venom.
